How safe are your products?
All our products are 100% vegan, cruelty free. The ingredients are imported from Korea & Switzerland, natural and highly effective on the skin, without any harsh chemicals used. We do a high level of R&D and rigorous testing before bringing our products to the market.
How soon can I see results?
Our Moisturisers and Toners give an immediate hydrating and dewy effect after applying on the skin. For a long term difference it might take up to a few weeks or a month. However, each skin-type is unique and beautiful and the result times might vary.
How do I reach you for product related queries?

How do I check my order details?
1. Once an order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation on your registered mail id. If you have not received any mail, then please check your spam folder.
2. If you are not able to find it, please reach out to us with your registered email address, phone number, and the payment screenshot.
You can download your Invoice from the Thank You page or receive it on your email.
Money has been deducted but order was not placed?
1. In case there is a failure in payment, please confirm if the information you have provided is correct and that your internet connection was not disrupted during the process.
2. If your account has been debited even after a payment failure, it is normally auto-credited back to your account within 7-14 business days. If you encounter any further difficulties or have any additional questions, you can contact us on WhatsApp or via email on support@minskinn.com with payment screenshot.
Where can I find my Order ID?
1. You can find the order details in your account.
2. The Order ID is also provided in the confirmation email sent to you after successfully placing your order.
Basic shipping policy
Minskinn strives to deliver products purchased in excellent condition from different warehouses. We aim to ship our products on the same day for orders placed before 11AM and next day for the orders received after 11AM.
Our aim is to deliver orders within 2-5 days of orders being placed. However, sometimes during busy sale periods, deliveries may take longer. Please note that Sunday is not classed as a working day.
If you have not received your delivery in ten working days please contact our Customer Services through support@minskinn.com.
How does the delivery process work?
1- Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
2- After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner. Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possible.
3- In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
Can I return/exchange my order?
Your order can only be cancelled if it has not been shipped. If you need to cancel your order then you can reach out to us on WhatsApp or via email on "support@minskinn.com" with your order ID within 2 hours or placing the order or before order shipment. It is not possible to cancel the order once order has been shipped. NOTE: Minskinn reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.
What if the package I received is already opened?
